Laissez-Faire

Two small pieces, incorporating all the elements I had been using: layering, felting, hand-stitching. The title refers to this method of assembling elements, of stitching fabric and thread together in introduction, and then leaving them to make themselves into something as they are felted together. There is a process in the middle which I bring into play but do not control nor, I feel, influence.
